shopping in montreal

Heading to Montreal for the weekend? Looking to get a little shopping in but don’t know where to start? Why not check out the lovely Janna Zittrer’s website, Montreal Shopping Tours. There are 6 different guided tour styles to fit everyone’s needs; Shop Like a Fashion Editor, 9 – 5 and Beyond, Montreal Designer Marathon, Sweat-Worthy Style, Vintage Treasures, and Teen Dream. Or, why not go off the cuff to customize your own. It looks like a lot of fun and, while you don’t have to feel obligated to purchase anything, with their stellar suggestions they can’t promise you won’t feel tempted ; )

Happy Shopping!

bernadette pascua: illustrator extraordinaire

Bernadette Pascua is a freelance illustrator based in New York City (living in Brooklyn) whose wonderful work can be found in W Magazine, British Vogue, Flare, and Harpers UK just to name a few. She has also done work for Stylecaster, Refinery 29, and Tiffany & Co.

I highly recommend checking out her blog Decade Diary“Decade experiments with the structure of posts and original content. The result is a presentation where splatters of watercolor and sketches appear to be drawn on the screen as if a real handmade book.”

More of Bernadette’s sketches can also be found on Flickr.

Enjoy ;)
